Infrastructure Updates
On September 10, Dave Williamson of Williamson Security Services, installed three new security cameras on the Lifelong Learning Centre (LLC) premises, adding improved visual coverage of the building’s interior and exterior. The on-site cameras serve to increase security for the LLC building as well as for the staff/occupants using the facility and grounds.
While Dave was at the LLC, he repositioned some of the existing cameras to improve their viewpoints and coverage. Dave also provided updated instructions to the administration staff, Kristy Bennett; Intake Coordinator at the LLC, outlining the new camera locations, how to alter the views, focus on a specific entry point, and general operational best practices.
Dave has been installing security cameras around Sagamok for over two years and continues to offer ongoing training, service, and strategic advice. It is reassuring to know that safety measures are continuously being implemented under professional guidance, and upgrades are being made to provide enhanced security for the community.
